ELSMERE, DE – The Elsmere Police Department and the Delaware law enforcement community are mourning the tragic loss of Lieutenant Gregg Shelton, who died by suicide while on duty today.
A respected officer with 20 years of service, Lt. Shelton was widely known for his dedication, leadership, and unwavering commitment to the community he served. His passing has sent shockwaves through the Delaware law enforcement family and beyond.
